NC Teen Kills Pregnant Dog, Removes Unborn Puppies

This has got to be one of the most sick, brutal cases of abuse I’ve ever heard!! A NC teen shot and beat a pregnant Rottweiler to death then cut her unborn puppies from her body!!
Wesley Logan White of Glen Dancy Road, Wilkesboro, NC, not even 17, committed this atrocity Monday, the 23rd. He claimed to have shot the dog while it was in his yard but evidence and witnesses tell a different story.
At the intersection of Dillard and Glen Dancy Roads, Deputy Clayton Shumate of the Wilkes Sheriff’s Department and David Wagoner of Dillard Road in Hays, found found large puddles of blood in the grass and blood on the road indicating the dog had been dragged from there to White’s house.
Neighbors said that White shot the dog while it was on Dillard road. The dog wasn’t dead when White dragged her about 45 yards, across the road, beat her to death with a mattock and then removed the dog’s unborn puppies.
He then dumped the dog’s body in the county landfill in Roaring River. The bodies of two puppies that were cruelly removed from the mother’s body were found in a garden where the dog was bludgeoned to death.
White was arrested and charged with felony cruelty to animals.
What could possibly make someone, anyone, do something so sick, let along a teenager?? I can’t even wrap my mind around such depravity and I don’t think I want to. This is one person, who if he is not removed from society, is definitely destined for much bigger things and they’re only going to get worse!

This rates as one of the most violent acts on dogs in the last few days. It is sooo horrific!!! I can’t put on paper what I’d like to do with him but it really won’t be pretty!!!

O Lord! What in the world would posess so a teenager to do something so cruel?
I lived in NC for a while and this is nothing compared to other atrocities that happen there…

That is awful! This child has severe problems and is a danger to society if he can do something so brutal. More and more children are doing such evil things as well as adults. What is wrong with these people? They are sick and demented.

Lord help me,L am with you..This story is making me crazy!Crazier than usual!!It is hard not to want to take things into your own hands..Because you know he will not be punished!!Another slap on the wrist probably…Did this dog have an owner?I might have missed it in my panic attack…I could barely text,or spell..reading may have been compromised as well..

Just another comment from me. I think it’s absolutely amazing how the states want to have Breed Specific Laws against some breeds of dogs. And what these law makers and people do not see, is the common sense behind everything. They blame the breed of dog. Well, excuse me, but it’s not the dog - it’s the people that own them. So what does the law do to certain people that abuse and harm, kill etc dogs/cats, you name it. Why don’t they “get rid of” people that are so cruel? I know that’s not right, but a life is a life. The people that abuse animals are not people you want around yourself, family, pets etc. So how about putting all these people on one place and let them be with each other? These type of people do not belong in a good, caring society, but yet will get a slap on the hand for abusing animals, and dogs that these stupid people train to be mean, well the laws want to abolish all of them. Yup that’s common sense, Yup, that’s the justice system.

@marcy becker - If you get any information, please keep us updated. This story was just a small blurb in a local paper so I doubt it’s getting much attention although cruelty of this magnitude, especially by someone so young, definitely needs to!

a future serial killer. hmmm, we COULD stop him now!!! that poor dog n her babies. what the hell did she do that was so awful that that little bastard did this horrible thing 2 her? i hope that somebody “finds” him 1 dark night n “takes care of him”……..these murderers make me so damn angry that i swear………
