Puppy Brutally Beaten at Border - Caught on Tape

Now what kind of a person would brutally beat, strangle, punch and throw an innocent and defenseless little puppy like this little girl here? Just another of this world’s sickos at work!
Border Patrol rescued this 10-12 week old terrier mix puppy that was left for dead after viewing security tapes that caught an unidentified man throw the puppy over the fence at the US-Mexico border. The video shows the man first tossing the puppy into the U.S. from Mexico over the fence about a half mile east of the San Ysidro Port of Entry. He then jumps over the barrier and grabs the dog and begins to punch it in the head about 10 times with a closed fist, then tries to strangle her. He then picks up the struggling, tiny animal and slams it repeatedly against the fence.
“This is by far the most horrific video I have ever seen of an animal being abused,” said Dawn Danielsen, director of animal services.
John Carlson, deputy director with the county’s Animal Services said he has seen animals that have been injured by people but has never seen the abuse in progress as it was captured on the tape.
“I was astonished, I was disgusted, some of the stuff I was thinking you cannot print,” Carlson said after seeing the video.
At the Department of Animal Services shelter in Bonita, where the dog was taken to be treated and will stay until she is recovered, she was examined. It was found that she has multiple fractures of her right hind leg.
The puppy is doing well and has been named “Spirit.”
San Diego Animal Advocates and the Animal Rescue and Protection League have offered a $2,000 reward leading to an arrest and conviction. Tipsters are advised to call (619) 767-2624.
They say they should be able to identify the man from the surveillance camera and if he is apprehended, they would work to charge him with felony animal cruelty.

This story infuriates me! I would love to get my hands on that mexican illegal and do the same thing to him. He deserves that and more. Dogs are defenseless and their so trusting. Hope they catch him and they prosecute him to the fullest. No wonder I prefer the company of animals.

What is matter with people todayjust anotheer low life and what is world going to be in the next couple of years …. I’m ready to head to woods to live out the rest of my life with the dogs … I already have sign out front on my home on top of my dog house that Dogs are welcome humans not… why not hand th puppy over to sopme one that wants it or will keep it safe …. my door is always open !!!

When a person commits a horrendous crime people will say ” he/she is an animal”, wrong! Animals do not behave like people,animals do not rape, steal, use drugs, become alcoholics, etc. These people who commit horrendous crimes are ignorant lowlifes & are called humans, animals are more humane then humans, I hope they catch the person who did this & prosecute the lowlife to the fullest for what he did, he certainly isn’t a man.

I am a US citizen and I must say I am so ashamed to say I am from a country that will not punish animal abusers more than what they do. Same with criminals….Druggies adn alcoholics are on social secuirty disability but it took my DH 10 yrs to get his and all he got was 5 yr back. We allow so much to go on in this country that is not tolerated in other countries.
I like that Sheriff Joe I think he is in AZ and he is strict. Wish he could be our next president. This country might just get somewhere.
Let us STOP animal & human abuse and neglect in this country.
Let us take care of our OWN in this country before we do for other countries.
Take care of our animals. They do so much for us.
